The Villa is only 20 minutes drive from Faro airport. There is a mini market in the complex for all groceries and the 5-star restaurant Xenia and the beach 0.5km.

The Villa is equipped to a high standard and consists of a spacious lounge/dining room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and large kitchen, roof terrace and private pool

All windows and patio doors have fly screens fitted.

The lounge doors open onto a patio and the 9 x 5 metre oval swimming pool (min depth 1.2m, max depth 2.0m) which can be lit at night. For sunbathers wanting a little extra privacy, there is a large roof terrace!

There's plenty of outdoor furniture - sun-beds , numerous outside tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. 

Maid service is twice a week.
